We're pumped for Fall Conference!  We're so glad to have such an awesome group going this year.

We need a few things from you:

1)  Registration $$ ($49/first-timers; $69/everyone else, less any discount from Threads) cash or check to "The Navigators" for your registration fee  
2)  Release of liability form filled out (Print it out from:  http://journey.inavs.org/ARL.pdf).    
3)  $10 preferably cash (or check made out to "Norman Hubbard") to cover gas. 

These things are due by NavNight this Thursday.  You can bring them to your Bible Study or give to a staff member prior to NavNight as well.
 
 
Join us for Apple Picking at the Curtis Orchards, followed by baking many delicious apple treats.  Apples will be provided for baking, but bring some cash if you'd like to buy some apples for yourself.

Rides leave Undergrad Library at 2:45pm on Saturday.  See you there!

October 11th is the early registration deadline.  After this date, the cost goes up $10!  And as an added incentive, if you register by October 11th, you'll be entered into a drawing for PRIZES.

Rides at 9am at Undergrad Library.
Come help an Illini Nav alumnus and help our organization in the process.  Donuts will be provided!  Wear older clothes.  If it's raining, event will not take place.  Please RSVP to Jeff (jeff@illininavs.org or 414.248.1941).
 
 
Rides at 7pm at Undergrad Library/ 7:10 at FAR-PAR.  The Nav men will be playing NavAttack, a variation on Capture the Flag involving pelting your friends with socks full of flour.  Wear dark clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.  Friends are welcome!  You don't want to miss this!

Hear a great message from Norm, worship, another Fall Conference promo video, and some great time with your friends.  Join us afterward for NavNight After Party (NAP).  There'll be some great snacks, games, and time to hang out with new friends.  See you there!
 
 
Join The Navigators for Journey '09, the regional fall conference for the Illinois/Indiana region.  Journey '09 will take place at Spring Hill camp in southern Indiana, October 23-25.  Registration is now open online.  Visit journey.inavs.org and register today!  Cost for U of I students will be $49 for first-time attendees and $69 for those who have attended Journey before.  Contact the staff with any questions.
 
 
Join us for NavNight tonight at 8pm at 807 W Indiana, Urbana.  Come for a night of great teaching, worship, and time with friends.  This week also marks the beginning of a series of Fall Conference promos...you'll want to check this out.

The location for tailgating has changed.  We'll now be tailgating at Pat's house, 804 W Michigan Ave, Urbana at 3pm.  Pat's house is right next to our NavNight meeting place and Twin City Bible Church,  on Michigan Ave just off of Lincoln.  Look for the Illini Navs banner.  We will NOT be in the parking lot near the stadium and Assembly Hall as originally planned.

The Illinios home opener is this weekend, and the Fighting Illini will be squaring up against the Redbirds of ISU at 6 PM on Saturday at Memorial Stadium. Join The Navigators and friends for a tailgate party beforehand, starting at 3 PM. You're welcome to drop by for hot dogs, chips, and drinks whether you're going to the game or not. Why not combine football with food and Christian fellowship. It's what a tailgate was meant to be. Look for the blue Navigators banners draped over the awning of a white RV in the parking lot across from Assembly Hall (near the corner of 1st St and St. Marys Rd).  Friends are welcome!
