Ben and Jess Dager
Campus Directors + Staff Trainers

Jess and I have been married for 19 years and have 3 teenage kiddos. We were both deeply impacted by our time with the Navigators as college students and carried our commitment to helping others grow spiritually through the model of one to one
discipleship into our early careers. 10 years ago we came on staff with the Navigators and have served in collegiate ministry at the University of Wisconsin, Northern Illinois University and now at the University of Illinois.

Josh and Julie Parr
​Campus Staff

​Hi, we're Josh and Julie Parr! We met at the University of Illinois where Josh played baseball and Julie played soccer and we both majored in Communications. U of I is also where we met The Navigators and NAVS has played a huge role in our development as followers of Christ ever since. We are so excited to be a part of the Lord's work and serving students on the campus of our alma mater!

Rachel Parker

I graduated in May 2015 from Kent State University (Ohio) with a degree in Marketing. My sophomore year of college, I met The Navigators when I was uncertain what impact my faith in Jesus was supposed to have on my day-to-day life. Through the investment of older believers, I began to deepen my understanding of the Bible and to be equipped to share my faith with others. I am grateful for the ways this ministry has influenced my life and am excited to have the opportunity to do the same with young men and women on this campus from all over the world!

Jordan and Brittany Larson
​Campus Staff

Jordan and Brittany here! We both studied at Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Chirp Chirp! We met through the Ball State chapter of The Navigators and both loved our time involved with the ministry on campus! After our graduations, we came on staff with The Navigators and got married! After two years at Ball State we were invited to move to Champaign Urbana to continue to be trained and learn from a new campus environment. We are excited to be a part of what God is doing in hearts and lives here at the University of Illinois.
